Common questions

How does the tenant count work?

The Consultant plan is $2,400/year for up to 10 client tenants. Beyond 10, each additional tenant is $190/year, added automatically. Change the count anytime in the billing portal.

When am I charged?

Not until your 14-day trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial from the Stripe billing portal linked in your receipt.

Which tenant ID do I enter?

Your own organization's Entra tenant — the license binds there. The client tenants you actually scan are added by domain inside the desktop app.

Is this a compliance certification?

No. Proof produces technical evidence for the Microsoft 365-scoped portion of an assessment. Your C3PAO or assessor still performs the assessment.
